Interpreting

We work with the client, providing a quality interpretation service, ensuring the success of the client’s work project (seminar, training course, conference).

Poor quality interpreting or the interpreter’s personality can ruin even the best organised event. We guarantee that our interpreters, who are professionals in their field, will contribute to the event’s success, smoothly communicating the substance of what you say, without any erroneous information, without boring the participants with long-winded verbiage and clumsy phrasing. Our interpreters understand the requirements for outfit and protocol. We guarantee that our interpreters will be appropriate in their appearance and will apply their communicativeness and knowledge of several languages to perform their duties professionally.

By careful choice of interpreters and strict application of requirements we guarantee impeccable interpreting.

Our interpreters are noted for their very good language skills, their knowledge of the languages they are interpreting, fast reaction, short-term and long-term memory, communicativeness and clarity of expression. By listening to languages and translating them, they pay a lot of attention to training their memory; therefore, they are able to remember a lot of information and to pass it on fluently in the other language. This way impeccable interpreting is assured and it is delivered without sounding artificial at all.

We check our interpreters’ competence and their readiness for work and we evaluate the service they have provided.

We ensure the quality of our interpreters’ work using these methods:

• we hire only interpreters of the highest quality. We pay attention to their experience, reactivity, communicativeness and clearness of speech;
• we start to prepare for the interpreting not less than 2 working days in advance: we get the programme for the event, the participants’ speeches or theses, we collaborate with you, and we delve into the subject matter of the event. That way we guarantee that the interpreting will be fluent and comprehensive;
• according to the type of event (conference, seminar, business meeting, training session) we choose interpreters of different specialisations and we apply differing methods of interpretation;
• we monitor the quality of our interpreters’ work. Sometimes we actually come to the event to observe. We usually ask clients to give us their remarks about the service they received. On the basis of the feedback we get we assess our performance and improve.

We hire only very good interpreters.

Our experienced interpreters translate from/to 29 world languages at meetings of national importance, meetings of leaders of the highest rank, important seminars, inaugurations, and training courses.

Each year on average we provide interpreters at this many events:

• English – about 40,
• German – about 10,
• Italian – about 10,
• Russian – about 10,
• other languages – about 30.

We interpret for legal, technical, IT, financial, medical, environmental and other events.

At present we work with 100 interpreters.

Rental of simultaneous interpretation equipment

For your convenience you may rent from us simultaneous interpretation equipment that will be needed when the event is to take place in several languages (international conferences, symposiums, training courses): interpreters’ booth, control panels with LCD screen and controls, headphones, special microphones and participants’ receivers with headphones.

The price of interpreting is calculated on a per hour basis and it depends on the language combination and the type of interpreting.

The price of interpreting depends on:

• hours – the price unit is the hour (minimum order – 1 hour). When several days of interpreting is ordered, discounts are applied,
• language combination,
• type of interpreting:
•       consecutive interpretation,
•       simultaneous interpretation,
•       interpretation by telephone.
