We value our employees very much and we create conditions that make it pleasant for them to work for our company. We seek to understand our employees’ aspirations, so every year we prepare annual discussions with the agency’s employees and we undertake surveys of the translators. By this means we identify any weak spots and we improve them. Our employees’ observations are very important to us. We always pay attention to them because we believe that open communication is the foundation for a strong corporate culture. We are pleased that our employees are particularly loyal and that turnover of staff is minimal.

We are concerned to raise our employees’ qualifications.

We raise our employees’ qualifications by organising internal courses or participating in externally run courses. We improve the level of language knowledge by preparing language advice and personal consultations and by providing editor’s/proofreader’s comments.

We rely on open internal communication and we stay in touch with our employees.

The basis of the corporate culture in our agency is open internal communication and staying in touch with the employees.  Several times per year we arrange general meetings of all the offices of our agency. To stay fully in touch with our translators we publish a newsletter, we prepare video clips for our translators and we organise contests.
