We have been operating since 1992 and each year we do about 10,000 translations and about 100 interpreting jobs.

Orders from firms make up about 90 per cent of our company’s turnover and orders from private clients make up about 10 per cent. Each year we supply translation services to about 950 businesses and 1200 private clients.

We have acquired a vast amount of job experience over 18 years of operation. We collaborate with a large number of translators specialising in different fields and we do high quality translations of texts in various fields. The major element of our experience comes from translating technical, legal and financial texts.  

We are proud of our translators: their education, qualifications and experience.

 Our translators are graduates in philology and technical translation and many have done studies in additional fields (such as law, economics, business management, etc.) and they have an average of 12 years of experience in translation (some even have as much as 30 years of experience). Our company also employs translators that have not studied philology but are specialists in other fields, such as medicine, physics, engineering, etc. They combine their knowledge in those fields with the translating skills they have learnt and they are thus able to do an exceptionally good job of translating texts that contain specific terminology. Most translators have worked in various fields of business (banks, legal services, engineering firms) or in government jobs before becoming translators exclusively. This ensures that they have an excellent understanding of the subject matter that they are translating.

All our project managers are philology graduates. 

We care about our employees’ competence.

Each month we prepare language advice for our translators, we advise them about new developments in Lithuanian language rules, we organise high level courses on using our language. All translations into Lithuanian are checked by a Lithuanian language editor, therefore we are always aware of the quality of each translator’s work and we are able to monitor his/her progress.

We find out about the quality of each project manager’s work by organising client and translator surveys and we always react to feedback comments that we receive. 

With the help of project managers that know all the details of each project, we carry out a smooth work process. 

You will deal with project managers regarding all issues to do with your order for a translation. 

Project managers control the whole translation process:  

•  they make sure that the translation is completed on time,
•  they present the completed translation to the editor,
•  they pass on the edited translation to the client,
• they issue the invoice.
