Quality

Quality

When you entrust your translation work to us, you can be sure that you will get a job well done. We use the following quality assurance method in our work:

We also use special software and methods to check the quality of translated texts
To eliminate human error, we use a variety of special programs such as Trados, Transit and SDLX. These programs make it possible to maintain consistent terminology throughout extensive texts, giving the client a translated text that is fluent and consistent. In cases of long-term collaboration and very large projects, we create glossaries of terms in consultation with the client.
We only hire highly talented translators.

For us, the quality of the work we produce is more important than any possible “savings” that could be made by using less qualified translators. We apply strict quality criteria for the selection of translators: specialisation, experience, personal qualities. At present, about 200 translators work for our agency. Their average working experience is 12 years, but we have some who already have more than 30 years of experience. Therefore, you can be certain that your translations will be done with a high level of quality.

We engage the services of linguists to correct aspects of translation style and mistakes

For translations into Lithuanian, the translated text is always checked by Lithuanian language specialists. Checking the text is one of the tasks that have to be done before delivering the translated text to the client. A linguist checks that the language is used in an idiomatic way and that it is stylistically appropriate, as well as checking for any other errors. For translations into other languages, if you request it, the translated text can be checked by a language specialist who is a native speaker of that language. This allows us to ensure that what you get is truly a job well done. We make every effort to satisfy our clients with the quality of our translation services, so that they will recommend us to others.
